Amazing lake views!

The location made exploring nearby attractions a breeze. Our room had a stunning view of Lake Llanquihue, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. more variety would have been helpful. The interior felt a bit tired and could use a refresh. Staff were friendly and accommodating, really made a difference in our stay. Despite the charming scenery, the limited breakfast options and dated decor were noticeable downsides.

The rooms are comfy and come with a minibar, flat-screen TV, and great toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. The outdoor swimming pool is a nice bonus for relaxing outside. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

But, can we talk about the lack of air conditioning? Pretty unexpected! Plus, the bathroom was so tiny—definitely not a spa retreat for your toiletries.
